For questions on the procedures or the status of a visa application, please contact the Immigration Office. Their call centre is open from 9.30 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 3 PM (on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) and from 2 PM to 4 PM on Thursday (GMT+2) via +32 2 488 88 00 and can also be reached by email: infodesk@ibz.fgov.be.
